Personal Information

WattGrinder Engineering, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy.  WattGrinder Engineering does not sell, trade, give away or rent personal company information. 

Company information includes your personal information collected on the WattGrinder Engineering website – your purchase history, phone number(s), e-mail addresses, residential addresses, and credit card data.   However, we reserve the right to disclose any and all information including any email address as required by law. 

We may collect statistical  information on the pages you view, how many bytes were transferred, which links you click, the information you access and any other action you take while visiting our website including click-stream data, length of time on a specific page and preference information.  We may also collect standard information on your visits to other websites, all information that your browser sends to every visited website. 

“Cookies” are a means we may use in collecting some of this data. “Cookies” are small pieces of information sent by a server to a Web Client (usually a browser) that identifies each user’s identity.  This information is then sent back unchanged by the client each time it access that server.

Should you post to any public question/answer format, message board or any other public posting area, any of this information is available to the public. Any content that you post may be distributed or used for any purpose, including, but not limited to, research and development, marketing or manufacturing. 

Children’s Privacy

WattGrinder Engineering does not seek or knowingly collect information about children under the age of 18.  If we should find that, unknowingly, personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

It is important to remember that “perfect” security does not exist on the internet and that there is always some risk in electronically transferred information.  Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.
